B-School students are driven by Money and Power and not Service and Sacrifice

It is alleged, that B-School students are driven by Money and Power and not Service and Sacrifice. Do you agree and if so how will you change this in Reality?

A B-School can never teach a difference or management principles for Money, Power, Service, and Sacrifice. Rather we inherit these concepts from our society and management is an implicit principle applied in everyday life, be it at home, at office, factory or the Government. Wherever a group of human beings assemble for a common purpose, management principles come into play through the management of resources, finance and planning, priorities, policies and practice.

The pillars of human relationships are love, generosity and community. These pillars have always been tested due to dependency on money. But at the same time there are people like Nobel Prize winner Muhammad Yunus, who through his innovative means encourage the culture of service to society. History is evident on how emperor Ashoka used his power and money to propagate Buddhism by disseminating the teaching and principles of Buddhism across the world.

Aristotle once said, "All men seek one goal: success or happiness. The only way to achieve true success is to express you completely in service to society. First, have a definite, clear, practical ideal-a goal, an objective. Second, have the necessary means to achieve".
A service can be achieved
-Through the creation of more jobs and educating people so that they do not exploit each other and environment for the sake of money;
- By promoting the importance of social responsibility among corporate so that they understand that social and human capital is more important then balance sheet;
- Increasing incentives for cooperation among people and communities;
- Reward productive work and investment;

B school provides a platform to obtain a broad general education and encourages individual differences or initiatives along with professional development in a home-like environment.
